ANNA’S RESPONSE

HARD WHITE ENAMEL ON COPPER

Sharp pencil line

(accidentally over-fired).

Makes an even surface very quickly.

Before firing the colour sits in little drops on the surface.

At the beginning I couldn’t get the paint to lie on the surface evenly, the colour looks as if it has been applied through a sieve.

No burnt out edges in the kiln.

The colour sits on the surface slightly until the final firing forming a smooth finish.
